Job DescriptionPart-time Bookkeeper needed. Candidate should have an Associate Degree in accounting or Business administration, or equivalent business experience with a non-profit organization. . Ensure accuracy of the MHA books, produce financial reports as needed. Working with the CFO on accounts payable and accounts receivable (including creating invoices), creating monthly financial statements and processing payroll, and all monthly reconciliations. He or she will, also, be a contact and responsible in reporting to the MHA's accounting firm on the annual audit. QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel experience are required.Company DescriptionThe Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 peer run and supported, Substance Use and Mental Health Recovery Center in Chautauqua County. We can assist in multiple pathways to recovery through support, advocacy, and hope in a non-judgmental environment.
