We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA About Us: We are a Fortune 500 software/ hardware company that is widely known all across United States and into Canada. What You Will Do: Ask probing questions to new and existing customers, uncovering new sales and service opportunities. Create and close sales orders face-to-face and over the phone. Convert opportunities to orders via phone, in person, and at industry events. Uncover and build new business relationships. Strengthen current business relationships through world-class service and product recommendation. Negotiate price while creating orders or quotes. Research and resolve customer concerns, Provide basic product training, sales literature, and arrange for additional, specialized customer training as needed. Execute on robust branch operational plan ensuring customer satisfaction, data integrity, financial security, inventory planning and accuracy, and overall performance. Requirements: Proven experience with customer acquisition A BA, or equivalent post-secondary degree or certification Established IT industry relationships are a plus but not necessary 1-5 years of software or hardware sales Dell or Microsoft sales experience (assist) Need more convincing this is the right next step in your career?
