Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our sales team and clients, providing essential information about our copper products used in the generation and distribution of electricity. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling RFQs, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison to facilitate communication and coordination between clients and the sales team.
• Respond to customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to product use, operations, and other relevant information.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations and trade shows as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives.Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of equipment, products, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing reports and logs.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.Education and Experience:
    • Prior experience in industrial or electrical sales is highly preferred.
    • Willingness to undergo technical training to gain expertise in our product line.
    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable, but not required. We value practical experience and skills that align with the responsibilities of the rolePhysical Requirements:
      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
