Primary focus on driving the generation of high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and facilitating seamless transitions of qualified leads to our sales teams. Maximize opportunities and meet corporate objectives on a consistent basis. Directs and develops direct reports and sales team to ensure financial and business objectives are achieved.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities

  • Manages a team that generates high-quality leads, via inbound and outbound efforts, and creates new business opportunities for Effectv.
  • Manage team to achieve sales quota and organizational goals.
  • Maintains expertise on Company's products/services . Manage sales initiatives as well as supervise related sales support programs.
  • Manages employee performance and activity levels while coaching and advising to ensure compatibility, maximum effectiveness and continued growth on a constant basis. Addresses personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy.
  • Prepares records of individual and group sales and performance activities relative to business goals and objectives. Ensures accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly and monthly objectives.
  • Partners with other Effectv leaders within the company to ensure positive working relationships and effective communication to ensure organizational plans are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Leads team to achieves and exceed all sales quotas and targets. Deploys incentives and other programs as necessary to achieve critical milestones to success.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
