family!Assist the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and
BDM's with their daily activities. Manage sales data and build
relationships with internal resources to complete and maintain
accounts. Partner closely with Customer Care, our sales agencies,
and our customers to provide the ultimate customer experience.
- Collect and summarize sales data for monthly and ad hoc
reporting; prepare both standardized and customized sales
presentations.
- Assist with the development, proactive follow up, and
success-tracking of customer programs, promotions, and events.
- Maintain customer information and email lists in order to
follow up on sales leads and job quotes; track opportunities
generated.
- Act as liaison to coordinate and manage customer needs and
issues with financial impacts, such as freight claims, RMA issues,
and deductions. This includes cross-functional interaction with
customer care, our sales reps, RMSs/SRMs, accounts receivable, and
other departments/teams as necessary.
- Assist with Trade Show management; attend and participate in
show activities when required.
- Advocate for the customers' success and actively seek solutions
to customer needs requiring both immediate and long-term attention,
communicate trends to leadership, and suggest innovative solutions
on behalf of the customer experience.

commitment of others.Experience and Skill Required
- Bachelor's Degree required. Business or marketing degree
preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in sales, technical
service, sales support, or marketing.
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with various
stakeholders across multiple functional levels within an
organization to meet customer needs and generate sales.
- Proficiency with an ERP, Excel, and CRM preferred.
- Extremely motivated, resourceful, flexible, assertive, results
oriented self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced, highly visible BU and dynamic
environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for
tracking, managing, and analyzing customer lead ROI.
- Comfortable working independently and confident in making
decisions as it relates to obtaining information for customer
