Description: Lamjen, a CNC Machining Facility in Erie, PA, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Quality Control Technician. This position requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing support and feedback to the Manufacturing and Quality Departments. Must have CMM experience.Perform Product Inspection of Precision Machined Components and AssembliesCommunicate with Management and Team Members on Status of InspectionWork closely with Team Members to provide applicable support and achieve work goalsResponsible for Receiving, First Piece and Final Inspection of Product utilizing Hand-Held and Automated Measurement EquipmentEffectively apply Advanced Math Skills and GD&T Methodology to Measurement PlansCalibration of in-house Measurement EquipmentIdentification and control of Non-Conforming MaterialEnter and record data using applicable quality management system formsDocument control (preparation, scanning and filing)Requirements:Manufacturing Inspection Experience required with working knowledge of various inspection equipment and proficiency in its useWorking knowledge of CMM Programming and Operation (PCDMIS preferred)Ability to Interpret Product Drawings and SpecificationsProficiency in MathematicsFamiliarity with GD&T applicationsStrong computer skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and Email applicationsEffective written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with working within an ISO9001/AS9100 environment a plus 1 Year Inspection experienceAbility to read and understand blueprintsAbility to measure with hand toolsAbility to lift/move up to 50 poundsCMM experienceCrane experienceForklift experiencePI3c0561cef5a3-25660-33558292
