Job Description:

Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment

- Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems

- Installation of duct work and A/C equipment

- Installation of Refrigeration equipment



Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration

- 5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment

- 5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment

- Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License

- Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.

- Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays

- Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment

- Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations



Qualifier:

- Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances

- Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure

- Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure



Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
