This position will be mainly for the Battles Village community
in Girard. This will position will also help at the Manchester

On-Call rotation for some positionsPosition SummaryResponsible for
the all maintenance needs of the community or building including
equipment, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and drywall/painting repairs.
Coordinates and is accountable for preventative maintenance.
Maintains inventory for all building needs. Conducts safety
inspections to ensure comfort and safety of residents, visitors and
team members.Education and/or ExperienceCertificate from College or
Technical School orThree to six months of related experienceValid
Pennsylvania driver's license and a registered and insured
