Job DescriptionHeat Treat Maintenance Group Leader – Direct Hire Looking for a career opportunity as an equipment maintenance team leader? Our client in Erie, PA has a fantastic opportunity for you! What You Will Do:

• Maintain all heat treating equipment, working independently, yet with team technical support
• Provide direction to maintenance technicians, coaching and instructing them to optimize productivity
• Monitor completed work orders for cost and labor hours and implement corrections as needed to achieve department goals
• Assist in all phases of new equipment installation
• Troubleshoot machinery performance problems, plan needed repairs, order replacement parts and complete the work.What You Need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience maintaining commercial manufacturing equipment
  • Leadership experience at some levelWe Prefer:
    • Experience maintaining commercial heat treating equipment
    • Formal technical training in electricity, electronics, hydraulics and PLC's What's In It For You:
