DESCRIPTION OF WORK Unemployment Compensation Intermittent Intake Interviewers assist English and Spanish-speaking customers who file claims for Unemployment Compensation (UC) by telephone, mail or via the Internet. They provide services to all UC customers by gathering information and pertinent data from claimants and employers using a telephone, fax, e-mail, and/or postal mail to establish valid claims for UC benefits in accordance with the PA UC Law.
