Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Sewing Specialist to operate industrial sewing machines (Juki, Brother) and contribute to our high-quality production process. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and love working with your hands, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines (Juki, Brother) safely and efficiently


Maintain consistent production quality and support continuous improvement


Troubleshoot minor machine issues


Read and follow patterns, specs, and production drawings


Inspect tooling and verify gauges


Record daily production and scrap


Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance


Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions


Work collaboratively as part of a team



Qualifications

Experience with Commercial sewing machines is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate


Ability to learn and work with sewing patterns and technical drawings


Strong attention to detail and quality standards


Good communication and teamwork skills


Basic machine troubleshooting knowledge


Organized, adaptable, and safety-minded
