Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative
(Relationship Coordinator).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs while
adhering to service level standards
Create and follow up on Long-Term Care leads and personal care
service requests in Salesforce
Schedule appointments for various services and document all
interactions in the appropriate databases
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Fluency in English and an additional language
Experience in member or customer service
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional
overtime
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working in a
remote environment
