They are currently looking for someone to join their team in the role as Food Safety & Quality Manager. This role will oversee and ensure continuous improvement of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs at their flagship plant site to assure products are safe and processed in a sanitary environment . They need someone who can drive change and lead within and outside of the organization. This person should be a strong team player who can develop relationships across facilities and overall company. They also need someone who has potential to go to the next level within the company as well. Here are a few minimum qualifications for the role ? Bachelor's degree, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related science ? Multiple years of experience in quality assurance roles, within the food & beverage industry ? Expert knowledge of HACCP, PCQI, GFSI certification ? Solid leadership skills This is an excellent opportunity for a quality/food safety professional to join a dynamic company that is an industry leader. This role will be based at their flagship site in Northern Pennsylvania. For the right candidate our client offers a compensation package in the $120K-140K range (salary, bonus) plus excellent benefits.
