Position Summary:

The Graph/Purification Helper assists the Operators in the processing of carbon and graphite parts. -



Key Accountabilities: -

• 
  
• Sets up and operates all equipment used for treating carbon or graphite parts. -
  
• Sets up and operates small, medium and large autoclaves, large electric furnaces, KC tanks, automatic pressure bake, small and large testing machines. -
  
• Sets proper temperature and time for treating process. -
  
• Distributes and keeps records of all supplies used in department. - -
  
• Rebuilds furnaces
  
• Tools and equipment used: - overhead crane, Hyster, floor jack, temperature measuring instrumentation, measuring devices.
  
  
  
  
  Your profile: -
  
  
  • 
    
  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading for sizes and tolerance
    
  • Ability to drive forklift, operator cranes
    
  • 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
    
  • Previous experience with furance operation, preferred
    
  • Ability to work well with others
    
  • Must be available -to work a rotating 12-hour shift. -
