Responsibilities include:Prioritize work from a ticketing system (ServiceNow) Deploy scheduled and manual software updates for end usersAssist with imaging and preparation of devices for usersAssist with planning efforts of assigned projects
QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, CIS or related field preferred; Experience in lieu of a degree will also be consideredPrevious experience working with a formal ticketing systemExperience deploying software and imaging computersStrong customer service focus and exceptional verbal and written communications skillsProcess oriented and goal drivenMust have the ability to work onsite in Erie, PA
