Direct day to day activities of sanitation employees. Access schedule and determine proper set ups in accordance with production needs. Maintain the Sanitation Master schedule and insure all work is completed in a timely basis Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, areas of usage and their proper dilutions. Create a safe and productive work environment for all employees. Proficient knowledge of cleaning all equipment along with auxiliary equipment Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong relationship with all Sanitation associates and the ability to work with all other departments. Anticipates needs of production, processing, and warehouse. Assist Lead, Supervisor & Manager leading into and during plant's Audits.
