Telecommute Human Resource Coordinator

Job Description:

A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Human Resource Coordinator.

Must be able to:
Follow up with managers to complete CAPs for associates based on policy requirements
Conduct scanning and indexing of various documents into the associate's personnel files
Manage and respond to the shared HR email box answering employee questions or escalating as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required with a concentration in Human Resources Management desired OR
Equivalent HR experience of at least 2 years
Proven success working under minimal supervision
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
