_Senior Helpers is currently seeking a __*Recruitment Coordinator *__for our Erie office._

This dynamic role will be responsible for attracting suitable candidates for our Senior Helpers team. The _*Recruitment Coordinator*_ will continue to grow our team, allowing us to expand our services in new markets/territories. This position will play an integral role in helping to solidify Senior Helpers position as the industry leader for personal care services in the Northwestern Pennsylvania area.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishes recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss their needs along with understanding Senior Helpers organizational plans and objectives

- Collaborates with Senior Helpers team to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

- Establish and build positive relationships in the community (community services, colleges, employment agencies, job fairs, media, recruiters)

- Ability to attend and make presentations at community events, hiring events, and job fairs.

- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using social media

Requirements:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting

- Familiarity with marketing strategies, social media marketing and job boards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
