DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will be responsible and accountable for assisting lead work and supervisory residential staff with development, delivery and monitoring of treatment, training and related services. As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), the employee in this position delivers treatment and training services in the areas of self-care, socialization, and health maintenance as specified in each individual's Individual Program Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP) with overall coordination and direction coming from the QMRP/RSS. In addition to the above related tasks in accordance with verbal and written directions or per established procedures under the guidance/supervision of the Residential Services Aide Supervisor or Residential Services Aide Night Supervisor. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Temporary, Full-time position ending 11.30.2022 with option to extend. + Work 10 out of 14 day schedule. + Work hours during 3-week training will be Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, 30-minute lunch; Hours of work following training will be 2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm, 30-minute lunch; working hours may change based on operational need. + Travel and Overtime as needed. + Shift differential available. + Free Parking. + Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. + You will receive further communication regarding this position via email.
