looking to hire customer service representatives for their local
- Field inbound calls from customers calling into our client's
customer service hotline
- Identify and resolve customer problems in an efficient
- Gather and analyze information skillfully and develop
- Respond promptly to customer needs
- Respond to requests and meet commitments
- Educate their customer's on the benefits of our client's
- Demonstrate the ability to establish collaborative customer
relationships in a fast paced environment
- Aim to resolve customer inquiries utilizing a First Call
