Job Description:

The EC3PA Site Administrator is an evening part time position (18 hours per week) at the Erie County Technical School Skills Center Building.  The position is employed from 4:30pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday.  Specific duties include:

-represent our college at the facility and ensure that students are directed to the right place; 

-act as a resource for students, faculty, and staff for questions about access to the facility; 

-act as a resource for students, faculty, and staff for questions about our college processes and policies

-help troubleshoot possible technology issues in classrooms; 

-act as liaison between Tech Skills Center and EC3PA facilities, staff, and students; 

-resolve student problems (with appropriate referrals) and advocate for EC3PA students

The Erie County Community College of PA will meet the needs of businesses, industry and the citizens of the Erie region. EC3PA will partner with the other area education institutions to maximize and grow the educational opportunities provided to a population that is looking for opportunities to succeed. The Erie region, and its citizens, will be well served by the college.
