Good work place environment Cook (Former Employee) - Erie, PA - June 19, 2017 I really enjoyed working at Metz its was a wonderful experience learning new things catering huge events and working with great staff and management the clients always put a smile on your face they made u want to come back the next day.

New experience Metz culinary server (Former Employee) - Erie, PA - February 16, 2018 the job was was fast pace no mistakes constantly lifting and pushing carts you had to show tenacity keep a smile on your face while serving kids food. Pros: worked then i was able to go to school for the rest day Cons: heavy lifting

This position is important to our food service department. This position involves food production, cooking, and monitoring serving temperatures for various types of foods. You will assist with the preparation, service, and sanitation of the dining operation. You will consistently produce and stage daily menu items according to directions given.
