Looking for a rewarding PAID part-time position helping entrepreneurs start and grow their dream businesses? Join the awesome team at Paramount Pursuits! This position consists of providing one-on-one confidential business mentoring to business owners and potential owners using Paramount’s standards and designated licensed programming. You will spend your days problem solving, guiding and cheering on entrepreneurs as the reach their business goals! This is a 75% work-from-home position with work to be completed between 9am and 7pm, and you set your schedule within those hours. The perfect candidate can commit 15 to 20 hours a week.

Paramount Pursuits is an economic development consulting firm located in Ambridge, PA (just 15 miles from Pittsburgh), serving businesses and communities throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. The Paramount Team uses a two-pronged approach to revitalize economically depressed communities.

First, we work with local government, community stakeholders, businesses and residents to help revitalize our Main Streets.

Second, we work with Entrepreneurs through our minority business incubator program to ensure inclusivity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Our assistance includes creating business plans, marketing plans, assisting in the MBE/WBE certification process, identifying funding sources, building strategic partnerships, providing relevant seminars and speakers, and providing a mentor throughout each client's business journey. To date, we have assisted over 450 businesses in their entrepreneurial journey.
