Job Description:

The Project Manager II provides project leadership, management and oversight for assigned projects within Northwest Bank that are typically mid-sized requiring coordination of resources from Northwest's business lines, technology resources, and third parties.

Available locations include:

Bellevue, PA

Buffalo, NY

Independence, OH

Erie, PA

Mount Joy, PA

Warren, PA

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate and complete individual projects by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the project
  • Establish a work plan and staffing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organize, attend, and participate in project team and sponsor meetings
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Develop internal measuring and monitoring systems
  • Develop reporting systems
  • Monitor performance and results of projects to be implemented
  • Provide detailed analysis and reports
  • Organize and monitor documentation
  • Coordinate departmental involvement, updating, and testing
  • Act as liaison for project related requirements
  • Manage assigned projects and / or assist the Senior Project Manager
  • Recommend and use project management tools
  • Interpret materials and concepts
  • Recommend/develop administrative procedures
  • Recommend/develop technical procedures

  • Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
  • Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
  • Work as part of a team
  • Work with on-site equipment
