Our client, located in Bensalem, is seeking a Customer Service/Contracts Manager to join its growing team.

Description

  • Communicates and work with customers with regard to schedule changes, requests, requirements and schedules, customer tracking requirements updates
  • Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all buyers and customers.
  • Ensures internal and external issues are rectified in a timely manner.
  • Monitors purchase orders placed within the company for special need items, customer provided tooling, expedite charges, etc.
  • Receives and validates customer provided purchase orders and change orders.
  • Communicates customer feedback to internal customers.
  • Updates and monitors customer delivery schedule status daily using the Expedite Report and communicates any problems with the appropriate departments and or customers.
  • Reviews and works obsolete inventory and material as necessary.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
  • 3+ years of Customer Service or Program Management experience preferred.
  • Customer service-driven; professionalism.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful when under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, time, and work management
