Colbourne Operator:
Our Colbourne operators are considered high skilled team members and are ideally required to be a detail-oriented individual to ensure that pie dough is running continuously without any vacancies or holes in the pie from the machinery. Monitoring dough weight is also a necessary task that produces a quality finished product. Operators of the Colbourne are required to assist the dough mixers and Check Weighers as needed to ensure steady flow of production. It's important for each Colbourne Operator to follow all health and safety guidelines while staying on task. Communication and ability to take direction from a supervisor is a must. Other tasks include completing all necessary daily paperwork.
