Job Description Job Description Our client is a manufacturer of
high precision machine parts who is looking for an EXPERIENCED ACME
GRIDLEY MACHINE OPERATOR. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read blueprints;
routings Ability to use gauges and measuring instruments 3 years
Acme Gridley setup and operating experience Ability to load bar
stock into equipment Must have a working knowledge of tooling and
attachments. Including but not limited to Dovetail forms, floating
shave, knee tools, knurling, tapping, thread rolling, accelerated
reaming, recess and pick off attachments. Able to set up to
completion from print and layout. Including cams, gears,
attachments and tooling to finished part. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate
and Set up of 6 spindle Acme Gridley screw machine Install collets,
pushers, gears, camps, tool holders and other tooling Machine parts
using blueprints and job routings Inspect parts for conformance to
specifications and order requirements Mon-Fri 6am-4:30pm Pay is
