HQ Reports To: Inventory Control Manager Direct Reports: None FLSA
Status: Non-exempt Employment Type: Full time Position Overview: To
manage all raw material inventories (fabric and trims), utilizing
the business software and other system tools as required.
Responsible for all Bill of Material components’ locations,
placement, and organization. Essential Job Functions: • Manage the
Space, Bin Locations, and Overall Organization & Cleanliness of All
Warehouse Areas. • Work closely with the Area Manager and Shift
Supervisors to Instill Proper & Necessary Material Handling
Disciplines. • Cycle Counts. • Starting & Closing Shop Orders. •
Investigating Missing Inventory. • Putting Away Received Inventory
in a Timely Manner. • Running a Report to Investigate and Correct
Negative Inventory to Ensure There Are No Negatives at the End of
The Month. • Deducting Roll Tags from Inventory Every Shift. • End
of Month Paulson Counts. • Replenishment of overstock to their
appropriate pick faces. • Be the Primary coordinator of fabric and
component orders for subcontracting locations. • Responsible for
the upkeep, and organization of the scrap bins, knit hats, and
Order Prep locations. • Responsible for the hat and face shield
assembly inventory transfers from the FC to HQ. • Able to lift 40
lbs. • Maintain Quarantined fabrics. • Other duties as assigned.
Non-Essential Job Functions: • Detail oriented • Able to work with
others to arrange components to be most effective and efficient for
those that use the system every day. • Other tasks and duties as
deemed necessary by the Inventory Control Manager. Training: On the
job as needed and supplemented with external seminars/classes
Qualifications: Education & Certifications: High school or GED
equivalent Experience: One year of manufacturing operations
preferred • Key Competencies: An extreme passion for organization
and following proper procedures. A lot of people get involved in
inventory, so being able to explain, coach, and work with others to
get the point and importance across is critical. High Level of
Professionalism / Attention to Visual Perception of the Job by
Coworkers. Excellent Verbal Communication & Non-Verbal
Communication. Positive Behavior and Attitude. Being Innovative.
Physical Requirements: • Must be able to sit or stand for duration
of the day and walk frequently. • Standing / Heavy lifting •
Ability to lift up to 40 lb. boxes repeatedly. • Ability to work
independently and safely. Working Conditions: Warehouse environment
