Job Description Job Description Salary: $26.78/hr CDL A Drivers Buffalo, NY Wolverine Trucking Offers: Ability to be home after every shift Available schedule: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (night shift) Weekly pay Steady work, year round At Wolverine we work for internal and external customers, so there is the potential to be constantly busy transporting bulk sand to a variety of locations. Responsibilities: Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck Haul various bulk sand material Properly track and document activity log Inspect truck before and after trip Report any issues or incidents to operations manager. Skills and Requirements: Commercial driver's license (Class A) is mandatory Minimum one-year truck driving experience under CDL A license preferred Experience with sand box hauling is preferred Ability to drive tractor-trailer on multiple routes Must be able to perform routine inspection of the vehicle Acceptable drivers abstract Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic Communicate effectively Flexibility to work weekends an asset Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
