We are seeking an experienced Law & Motions Attorney to join our
high-volume personal injury practice. This role is dedicated to
handling the Firm's complex motion practice, dispositive motions,
writs, and appeals. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in legal
research, persuasive writing, and oral argument, and has deep
familiarity with Texas civil procedure, trial practice, and
appellate law. This attorney will partner closely with the
litigation and trial teams to ensure cases are trial-ready,
strategically postured, and protected for appeal. This is a Fully
Remote Position! Responsibilities - Draft, research, & argue all
motions in personal injury - Response and reply to opposing motions
- Assist trial teams with jury charge issues, preservation of
error, and appellate strategy - Handle post-trial motions - Draft
and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs in state and federal
courts - Provide guidance to litigation teams on strategic motion
practice - Conduct advanced legal research on complex tort, civil
procedure, and evidentiary issues Qualifications - JD from an
Accredited Law School - Licensed to Practice in Texas - 8 years of
litigation and appellate experience, ideally with a focus on
personal injury, torts, or complex civil litigation - For this
position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
