Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and
implement recruiting strategies to source qualified candidates
through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and
create compelling job descriptions. Post and manage job
advertisements across multiple platforms ensuring compliance with
company standards and legal guidelines. Screen resumes and
applications , conduct initial phone interviews, and assess
candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between
candidates and hiring managers. Manage candidate pipeline and
maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for selected candidates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain talent networks
for future hiring needs. Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
