Job Description Job Description Project Manager (Generics, Pricing & Finance) Job Title: Project Manager Pay Range: $60-80/hr on w2 Location: Irving, TX US 75039 Work mode: Hybrid Work schedule (days & time): Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm central time Skills: PMP, Scrum master experience, Sr. Project manager experience driving complex projects in hybrid and agile environments. Preferred skills: Strong communicator and stakeholder engagement, change management, time management, risk management, project management, execution, risk management Role Overview Technology is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of high?impact initiatives within the Generics, Pricing & Finance service category. This role will be responsible for end?to?end delivery of projects that enable pricing capabilities, financial transparency, operational efficiency, and emerging AI?driven solutions across the Generic’s portfolio. The Project Manager will operate within MT Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) framework and must be proficient in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models. This role partners closely with business, technology, finance, and AI teams to ensure projects are delivered with strong governance, financial discipline, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Governance Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure in alignment with the Technology PPM lifecycle and gate reviews. Apply Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs and stakeholder alignment Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, and value realization plans Financial & Risk Management Own financial forecasting and tracking (OpEx, CapEx, labor) in Planview, including funding requests and ongoing forecast updates Partner with Finance and Service Area leadership to ensure cost transparency, funding approval, and alignment with portfolio priorities Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, financial, and operational risks Portfolio & AI Initiative Support Support strategic pricing platform modernization, optimization, and AI/automation initiatives within the Generics portfolio Collaborate with product, data, analytics, and AI engineering teams to translate strategic goals into executable delivery plans Enable governance and delivery rigor for initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and automation while managing ambiguity and evolving requirements Stakeholder & Execution Leadership Serve as the primary point of contact for cross?functional stakeholders across Technology, Pricing, Finance, and Operations Facilitate executive?level status reporting, issue resolution, and decision support Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and delivery expectations Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of progressive project management experience in technology or enterprise delivery environments Demonstrated experience delivering programs using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Hands?on Planview experience managing schedules, forecasts, funding requests, and RAID Strong financial management, forecasting, and risk management expertise Proven ability to manage complex, cross?functional initiatives with executive visibility Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting pricing, finance, supply chain, or pharmaceutical distribution domains Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or data platform initiatives PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (SAFe, CSM, etc.) Experience within large?scale enterprise environments with regulated or compliance?driven delivery Core Skills & Competencies Portfolio & program execution within enterprise governance models Financial acumen and delivery accountability Executive communication and influence Structured problem?solving and risk mitigation Ability to operate effectively in fast?paced, ambiguous environments Work Environment Hybrid work environment aligned with Technology standards Collaboration across geographically distributed teams
