Duties include: level of care assessments, intake/orientation, developing and implementing preliminary and comprehensive treatment plans, as well as providing individual and group counseling to provide clients with the opportunity to work towards treatment goals and explore recovery. The incumbent will also coordinate aftercare services for services after discharge.
