Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to support daily operations, drive an engaged culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting daily operations, including onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  
• Driving an engaged culture through positive interactions with the hourly workforce.
  
• Communicating, interpreting, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  
• Managing headcount and partnering with Talent Acquisition to support business needs.
  
• Developing effective new hire onboarding and training programs.
  
• Leading Retention, Rewards, and Recognition Employee Involvement Teams.
  
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or equivalent work experience.
    
  • SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
    
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
    
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
    
  • Ability to lead with empathy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
