The Skunk and Goat TavernLine Cook / $12.0-$15.0 per hour /
North East, PAMust Haves:
Able to read and follow standardized
recipes and possess a strong knowledge of proper food handling
procedures.Must be able to work as part of a team and follow
direction in a busy kitchen atmosphere.Measure and assemble
ingredients for menu items.Collaborate with the Executive Chef and
Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours.Maintain accurate
food inventories.Properly store food items at appropriate
temperatures.Rotate stock items as per established
procedures.Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.Ensure that the
food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized during and at
the end of your shift.Must have a positive attitude towards
others.Must have flexibility in schedule and dependable
transportation to and from work.Education: High School
