Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a travel Speech-Language Pathologist and provide skilled rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Olean, NY. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document using the facility’s electronic medical record system. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active New York State SLP license required to begin the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience with documentation in Rehab Optima or Net Health preferred. Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Start: ASAP. Schedule: 32–40 hours per week. Documentation system: Rehab Optima/Net Health.
