Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in
Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active Ohio State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 2 years’
physical therapy experience in an inpatient setting preferred;
acute/rehabilitation hospital experience preferred Experience in
Rehabilitation preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital
Shift: Days Shift Hours: 0800-1630 Weekend Hours: 2 weekend shifts
