Position at a Glance: - Work Location: GLPP Family Practice - Address: 15 South Main Street, Suite 150, Jamestown, NY 14701 - Status: Full-time position - Immigration Status Considered: Accepts J1 and H-1B Candidates - Enhanced compensation package includes: - Productivity and Quality Incentive - Residency Stipend *dependent upon immigration needs - $50,000 Sign on Bonus - Educational Loan Repayment - CME Stipend & Days - Relocation Benefit - PSLF Eligible - Employer paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC's integrated health system, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join our established group providing high-quality care in a community-focused setting in Western New York! - Established Team: Work with seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers covering 10K patient lives. - Advanced Practice Provider Support: Dedicated team of APPs assisting in the office. - UPMC Affiliation: Connection to a larger network of specialists and resources in addition to the specialists located in WNY at GLPP with UPMC Hamot providing administrative and business support services to Great Lakes Physician Practice. - Technology: Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system. - Work/Life Balance: The physician will be responsible for outpatient call only creating a sustainable balance between professional goals and personal life. Minimum Salary Range: $250,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $280,000 *The referenced pay range represents GLPP's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position. The pay range may include potential incentive-based compensation for achievement of quality or length of service metrics, if any is offered for the position.
