Position at a Glance: - Work Location: UPMC Bayfront ENT - Address: 380 East Bayfront Parkway, Erie, PA 16507 - Status: Full-time position | ENT Residency Directorship Potential - Call Expectation: General ENT call every fourth night, and every fourth weekend with the current physicians. Residents take first/primary night call and on weekends. - Immigration Status Considered: Accepts H-1B Candidates - Enhanced compensation package includes: - Productivity Incentive - Quality Incentive - Residency Stipend - $25,000 Sign on bonus - CME Days - Relocation Benefit - PSLF Eligible - Employer paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance Position Highlights: - Join collegial practice with two board certified otolaryngologists and one board eligible otolaryngologist. - Current otolaryngologists do not perform otologic cases. - General ENT expectation while building Otology practice - Participate in teaching and mentoring residents of UPMC Hamot's ACGME accredited Otolaryngology residency program with five residents (residents take first/primary night call and on weekends). - Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system. - Robust primary care referral network ensuring consistent patient volume and continuity of care. - Nearby regional clinics required.
