operations on an assigned unit and support nursing staff.
Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations of the assigned unit
Supervise nursing staff and ensure care standards Monitor
documentation, care plans, and compliance Participate in audits,
QAPI, and survey readiness Serve as a clinical resource for staff
and families Qualifications: Active RN license in New York Prior
Unit Manager or SNF leadership experience preferred Strong
