Services Offered We provide in-network outpatient treatment for both children and adults dealing with various conditions, including depression, anxiety, and attention disorders. However, we do not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We believe that addressing accessibility challenges in mental health care starts with supporting our psychiatrists. We tackle the difficulties faced by mental health professionals, such as inadequate office infrastructure and the pressures of being overworked and undercompensated in traditional settings. We are currently looking for fully remote board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists to join our expanding national team. Technology package provided. In addition to a highly competitive benefits plan, our full-time psychiatrists can expect total compensation of approximately $300K to $350K annually, which includes a base salary and a monthly productivity incentive guaranteed during the onboarding period. Your Qualifications Board eligible or certified in Psychiatry; subspecialties are highly encouraged to apply. Possess an active and unrestricted medical license; assistance with licensure can be provided. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn new or streamlined EMR tools. A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and a desire to collaborate. Commitment to delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare.
