be considered. This opportunity is for a registered nurse skilled
in stepdown care, providing critical support to patients requiring
specialized monitoring and treatment. You will work in a dynamic
clinical environment focusing on stroke patients, cardiac drips,
continuous BiPAP, and post-procedure care, ensuring high-quality
patient management. Location: Irving, TX Type: Contract Key
Responsibilities: Monitor and care for patients in stepdown or
progressive care units Manage complex clinical scenarios including
stroke care and cardiac medication drips Administer treatments such
as continuous BiPAP therapy and post-procedure nursing care
Maintain patient safety and comfort while adhering to established
nursing protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
develop and implement patient care plans Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Certifications
required: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic
Life Support), and NIH Stroke Scale Experience in stepdown or
progressive care unit nursing preferred Ability to manage a patient
ratio generally around 4:1, with flexibility up to 5:1 when needed
