Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care
for a travel nursing job in Erie, Pennsylvania. Job Description &

hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Wound Care Program Clinical
Leader (RN) Shift: Day – 5x8-hour shifts (Monday through Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Contract Length: 13 weeks
Description: The Wound Care Program Clinical Leader provides
clinical leadership and direction for the wound care program to
enhance quality of care, safety, and outcomes. This role
establishes and maintains evidence-based wound care practices,
develops education modules, and collaborates with multidisciplinary
teams to improve wound management across Select Medical hospitals
and programs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the wound
care program, ensuring high standards of patient care. - Develop,
implement, and evaluate evidence-based wound management protocols
and formulary updates. - Establish and maintain clinical
competencies and educational programs related to wound, skin, and
ostomy care. - Collaborate with medical leadership, education
departments, and staff to drive clinical excellence. - Analyze
wound trends and implement performance improvement activities to
reduce pressure injuries. - Promote a culture of safety in
accordance with Select Medical’s “10-Foot Circle of Safety” and
Core Values. - Track and evaluate education, competencies, and
credentials for clinical staff. - Participate in innovation,
research, and outcome measurement for wound care initiatives.
Requirements: - Active RN License (state-specific) - Wound Care
Certification (WCC) required; CWCN, CWOCN, or CWS preferred - BSN
required - BLS certification (prior to first shift) - Minimum 2
years of relevant experience - Strong presentation, organizational,
