Job Description:
Job Description Job Title: Psychiatrist Location: Leavittburg,
OH 44430 Duration: 6 months to long-term Shift: Standard 1st shift
(40 Hours) • Working collaboratively with intra and
interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for behavioral
health patients utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards
and documenting utilizing an electronic health record system. •
Conducting exams and writing evaluations and reports. • Ordering
and interpreting diagnostic testing. • Managing medication. •
Making referrals for specialized care or treatment. • Performing
duties in accordance with scope of practice, ODRC policies,
procedures, protocols, and related American Correctional
Association standards. • Participating in continuous quality
improvement meetings and activities, including peer reviews. •
Engaging in collaborative agreements, as needed. • Active
Psychiatrist License • Active BLS/ CPR.
