Job Description Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Fairview, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 15 weeks - 38 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: RN Supervisor (LTC/SNF) - Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility - Shift: 8-hour nights (10:45 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend required - Guaranteed Hours: 38/week - Contract Length: 15 weeks - Charting System: PCC/POC - Certifications Required: BLS - License Required: RN License (state-specific, active) Unit Breakdown (beds): - A: 47 beds - C: 50 beds (COVID unit, currently closed) - G: 59 beds - H: 40 beds (secure dementia unit) - J: 59 beds - K: 45 beds Responsibilities: - Serve as building supervisor on nights/evenings/weekends - Oversee floor RN/LPN/CNA staff (not part of direct staffing grid) - Monitor resident condition changes, handle fall assessments, IV starts, central line and chest tube care - Coordinate with MD/NP for resident care - Schedule labs, x-rays, outside services as needed - Support care planning and team communication for short-term rehab residents Patient Types: - LTC, SNF, rehab, dementia (18), hospice residents (2 dedicated rooms) About Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
