Description: Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school
district to hire a school nurse to work in Buffalo, New York. As a

School-based Registered Nurse. School Health Office RN Contract
Details: - $41.75 – $44.95 per hour - 50-week contracts - Schedule
follows the school district calendar - RN will see students on an
as-needed basis in the school health office - Nurse will be working
in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student
guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness
Duties will include but are not limited to: - Providing healthcare
to students with acute or chronic health problems - Conduct
screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment -
Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal
screenings - Promoting education and wellness initiatives We

New York RN License - American Heart Association BLS - Minimum of 1
year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting

Pay package is based on 5 hour shifts and 20 hours per week
