Job Description:
EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent. Satisfactory
completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training Program in an
AMA approved school with additional Ultrasound Technology training.
Current RDMS certification with OB/GYN specialty by ARDMS.
LICENSURE: Current RDMS Board certification in OB/GYN specialty
required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience in general OB/GYN
sonography or 1 year experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM)
required. Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF) certification in the
measurement of Nuchal Translucency required. Experience and
expertise in 3-D and 4-D ultrasound technology. Assist in sterile
technique procedures such as amniocentesis, cyst punctures and
biopsies. Responsible for proper labeling, handling and delivery of
samples taken during these procedures. 40 hours - monday -
friday.
