As a Pediatric Home Health Aide, you will provide direct patient care and assistance in the comfort of their home.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Aide.
**Responsibilities:**

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
  
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
  
• Aid with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
  
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status
