As a Home Health Aide, you will provide direct patient care and assistance in the comfort of their own homes.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care
  
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings
  
• Aid with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
  
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status

    **Requirements:**

    • One year of verifiable home health aide/healthcare experience
      
    • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred
      
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
      
    • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
