Care ** Erie, PA* PRN* 8-hour Shifts*Pay Details: *$40/hour blended
rate_Pay Breakdown: _Weekly travel stipend: $25/hrWeekly Taxable:
$15/hr*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a
passion for patient care and possess the necessary skills to
provide high-quality medical assistance in various healthcare
settings.*Responsibilities*- Perform nursing care following
established nursing service objectives and standards- Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician- Monitor
patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team-
Assist in medical procedures such as phlebotomy, ophthalmology
exams, and spinal taps- Provide care for patients with various
medical needs including those in the ER, OR, and nursing homes-
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
for patients and staff- Support individuals with developmental
disabilities in their healthcare needs*Skills*- Proficient in
ventilator care and management- Experience in medical-surgical
nursing practices- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures
accurately- Knowledge of ophthalmology examination techniques-
Familiarity with ER protocols and patient care in emergency
situations- Competency in conducting spinal taps when required-
Understanding of working with individuals with developmental
disabilities- Strong grasp of infection control proceduresIf you
